Dedicated Developer Hiring
If you are unsatisfied with a developer within the first week, we provide a free replacement or full refund for that period.
Project-Based Work
Refunds for project work are available for undelivered milestones. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at billing@hydeveloper.com with your project details and reason for refund. We process requests within 7 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days and returned to the original payment method.
