Terms & Conditions

1. Services

HyDeveloper provides software development, dedicated developer hiring, and IT consulting services. Service terms are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Engagement

All engagements begin after mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and commercial terms. Changes to scope require written approval from both parties.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined per engagement model. Hourly and monthly models require advance payment. Project-based engagements follow milestone billing.

4. Intellectual Property

All deliverables become client property upon full payment. HyDeveloper retains rights to pre-existing tools, libraries, and methodologies.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information. NDAs are signed for all projects upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

HyDeveloper's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable upon termination.
